I booked at the Sebel Residences Melbourne Dockalnds , how far is my apartment from Reception?
We have apartments located within 9 residential buildings across the Docklands . The furthest one is 300m away.
Do you have a car park? How do we book it?
Certainly! We provide a safe and reserved car park at a rate of $40.00 per car per night. Even if your apartment is not ready for check-in, you can still access the car park. Please keep in mind that during public holidays and events, there might be an additional fee.
To book a parking space, kindly approach the reception upon check-in. They will assist you with the reservation process and payment.
Can I have an early check-in?
Our standard check-in time is 2.00 pm. However, if you arrive before that, we offer luggage storage facilities for your convenience. You are also welcome to enjoy the hotel's leisure facilities while you wait for your room to be ready.
If you would like to increase the likelihood of an early check-in, we recommend contacting the hotel directly to make a request, however it is only subject to availability & cannit be guaranteed . Please keep in mind that the only way to guarantee an early check-in is by booking the room for the previous night. This ensures that the room will be reserved and available for your arrival at the desi
Can I have a late check-out?
Check-out time is 10am. Should you require a later check-out please contact reception on the day of your departure to discuss. Any request late than 10 am will be charged from $30 depending on your room type. Subject to availability.
And on each Sunday, we have Sunday Fun-day specials, for an extra $80 you can stay up to 7pm.
Alternatively, we are able to store your luggage while you continue to utilise the hotel’s leisure facilities.
Does my room have a balcony?
Majority of apartments have a balcony , please contact us directly to check on room type booked and if your allocated apartment has a balcony.
Does every room have the water view?
Unfortunately, no. Please select the water view room type when you make the booking either via website or direct with hotel staff.
Is there any chance of getting a higher level please Also can you see the fireworks at all from this hotel?
Yes, first of all, you need to book a room with the water view to face the water and fireworks. Then, the second suggestion is, that the earlier the better chance. Water view rooms are limited.

Yes, we’d love to put everyone on high levels. But it must depend on availability.
Can I ask for Twin beds in the bedrooms?
Yes, we have twin beds available in some of the apartments. Please raise your request when you make the booking.
