• Rates based on 2 guests. Extra guests $50 each per night.
• Minimum stay is 2 nights.
• $35 booking fee and a cleaning fee per stay which starts at $60 and varies depending on the cleanliness of the apartment after check-out.

Dog Information:

• One non-dangerous dog under 10 kg permitted upon application
• Toilet trained dogs welcome inside the apartment
• Quiet dogs permitted on balcony but they must not sleep there overnight
• Do not leave your dog alone in the apartment
• Bring your own dog bedding
• Dogs must have current vaccinations and registration
• NewQuay Promenade is located behind the building entrance where you can walk your dog and provide bathroom breaks
• $60 pet fee applies
